Original Paintings no framing required: Within 2 weeks worldwide
Original Paintings framing required: 2 weeks to 6 months depending on your choice of frame and if it needs to be crafted
Limited Edition Bamboo Prints
UK: 3 to 7 Days

Returns Policy
We follow UK Law. UK Law says that we must offer a refund to customers if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their order that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return their order once they've told us. UK Law says that we must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving their order. They don't have to provide a reason. Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price. Returning an item is simple, one would email info@placrylic.com, write the order number as the subject of the email and the return will be processed as quickly as possible within the law.
